Responsibilities
- Operate multi-channel radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Process 911 calls with precision and calm under pressure
- Maintain accurate digital records and incident logs
- Dispatch emergency units using CAD systems and GIS mapping
- Provide critical information to field units during active incidents
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during major emergencies

Qualifications
- US citizenship and DC residency required
