- Coordinate multi-agency responses during emergencies
- Provide clear instructions to callers during crisis situations
- Operate specialized communication equipment following protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Pass background investigation and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer literacy and tech adaptability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- US citizenship and Florida residency required
