Responsibilities
- Answer and prioritize 911/emergency calls with exceptional composure
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Enter and update critical incident data in CAD systems
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and activities
- Provide clear, concise instructions to callers during emergencies
- Collaborate with law enforcement, fire, and medical teams
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM (verified assessment required)
- Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office suite
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
