Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls with precision and empathy
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency responses (police, fire, EMS)
- Operate CAD/RMS systems during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident documentation
- Provide real-time information to field units
- Execute emergency protocols during disasters
- Maintain radio communications across multiple channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear criminal history for past 10 years
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
