Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls and dispatch appropriate police/fire/EMS resources
- Maintain accurate real-time status tracking of field units via CAD/RMS systems
- Provide critical information to first responders during active incidents
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during emergency situations
- Operate radio equipment and emergency communication systems
- Document all call details and incident reports with precision
- Participate in continuous training programs for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Pass background check, polygraph, and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency
- Fluent English verbal/written communication
