Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize emergency calls, dispatching appropriate units efficiently
- Maintain accurate logs of all communications and incidents
- Operate radio systems, telephones, and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software
- Provide clear instructions to callers during critical incidents
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and medical services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with accuracy

- Valid Louisiana driver's license
