Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Operate CAD/RMS systems during high-pressure scenarios
- Coordinate multi-agency responses (EMS, Fire, PD)
- Maintain detailed incident documentation per NIMS protocols
- Provide critical resource deployment guidance
- Execute emergency notification procedures
- Train on radio communication protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Clear diction and strong active listening skills
