Responsibilities

- Maintain precise incident documentation and compliance records
- Provide crisis intervention and critical information to first responders
- Participate in continuous training and equipment proficiency drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to multitask under extreme pressure with 100% accuracy
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Pass comprehensive background check, polygraph, and drug screening
- Minimum 18 years old with valid Arizona driver's license
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn specialized systems
