Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel
- Maintain accurate call logs and incident documentation
- Operate radio equipment and multi-line phone systems
- Provide critical information during crisis situations
- Adhere to NIMS protocols and departmental procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficient in typing (minimum 40 WPM)
- Clear communication skills in English/Spanish preferred
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn specialized software
- Must be 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen
