Responsibilities

  • Receive and Process Calls: Answer incoming calls from the public and dispatch units to emergency and non-emergency situations with speed and accuracy.
  • Monitor Communications: Maintain constant vigilance on police radio channels and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems to identify and respond to emerging incidents.
  • Coordinate Response: Accurately dispatch police, fire, and medical units to the correct location and provide them with pertinent information.

Qualifications
