Responsibilities
- Analyze fiscal policies and legislative impacts using quantitative models and qualitative research
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop evidence-based recommendations
- Monitor budget allocations and identify optimization opportunities across state agencies
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholder groups

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government financial experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R/Python)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with legislative processes and budget cycles
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Tennessee residency required upon hire
