Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare legislation and regulations to develop policy recommendations
- Research and synthesize data from multiple sources for policy briefingsAssist in drafting agency reports, memoranda, and public communications
- Collaborate with interagency teams on healthcare program implementation
- Track legislative developments and assess potential impacts on federal programs
- Support stakeholder engagement activities with congressional offices and advocacy groups
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for policy development workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in policy analysis, government affairs, or healthcare administration
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Knowledge of federal healthcare programs (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred
