Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages along assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Safely operate USPS vehicles and adhere to traffic regulations
- Collect mail from designated collection boxes and business accounts
- Report undeliverable mail, damaged items, and delivery issues
- Assist with window services when required
- Operate mail processing equipment including scanners and sorters
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Valid driver's license with clean record (2+ years)
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and walk 5-8 hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot locations
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
