Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to established routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain daily vehicle inspection logs
- Collect and process outgoing mail from collection boxes and customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report irregularities
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
