Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses along designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld scanning devices
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in various weather conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and at customer interactions
- Process and collect postage, fees, and accountable mail according to regulations
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld technology
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in all weather conditions
