Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and process incoming/outgoing mail and packages efficiently
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate designated routes in all weather conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues promptly
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Assist with mail processing duties when not on delivery routes
- Participate in mandatory training programs for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for package tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
