Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery routes and postal regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Operate delivery vehicles safely in various weather conditions
- Adhere to USPS security protocols and confidentiality standards
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
- Collaborate with postal staff to ensure seamless mail processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
