Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery routes and postal regulations
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Fresno neighborhoods efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any irregularities
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when assigned
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and time management standards
- Assist with mail sorting duties during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
