Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Load/unload mail containers with proper sorting procedures
- Process customer holds, forwarding requests, and special deliveries
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery schedules
- Assist with mail processing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
