Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate mail processing equipment and maintain accurate delivery records
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection points
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with residents
- Maintain security protocols for confidential materials
- Complete required daily documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods in various weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
