Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate mail vehicles safely and adhere to delivery route schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Process outgoing mail at distribution facilities
- Operate mail processing machinery (scanners, sorters) with proficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
