Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer contact logs
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently following USPS regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and at postal facilities
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict delivery time standards and route optimization
- Assist with mail processing duties during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems and route navigation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
