Responsibilities
- Sort and prepare mail/packages for daily delivery routes
- Safely operate USPS vehicles while navigating SF streets
- Deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Operate automated delivery equipment (scanners, carts)
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and service standards
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
