Responsibilities
- Sort and process mail efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Deliver mail and packages along a designated route in all weather conditions.
- Collect and process incoming mail and packages.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle correspondence with care.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs and walking/driving long distances.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work vehicle.
- Report any service issues or damaged mail immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the position (lifting, bending, walking).
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
