- Sort and organize mail/packages by ZIP code and delivery route
- Load/unload postal vehicles efficiently and safely
- Deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses daily
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection boxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies
- Operate delivery vehicles responsibly in all weather conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk 6-8 hours daily in various weather
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to postal facility
