Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail and packages to residences and businesses along an established route.
- Utilize scanning equipment and handheld devices to track packages and update status logs.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the postal vehicle and workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating a postal vehicle.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid permanent resident status.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (depending on specific role assignment).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
