Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service at mailboxes and post offices
- Operate mail processing equipment (scanners, sorters)
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Assist with mail collection and facility operations
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Reliable transportation to assigned post office
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
