Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and resolve service issues.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to strict timeframes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate scanning equipment.
