Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately according to postal standards.
- Load and unload packages and mail onto delivery vehicles in a timely manner.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses, ensuring correct routing and safe handling.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer questions and resolve service inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including vehicles and sorting equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and postal regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for employment.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying shifts.
