Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming/outgoing mail efficiently
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Operate mail processing equipment (training provided)
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters
- Adhere to strict security and safety protocols
- Operate delivery vehicles safely in all weather conditions
- Complete daily route maintenance and vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach facility
- Ability to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
