Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and distribute mail/packages according to USPS protocols
- Operate mail handling equipment (sorters, scanners, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters
- Load/unload postal vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures
- Assist with mail transportation when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy skills
