Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail and packages according to USPS standards
- Operate mail processing equipment and sorting machinery
- Provide excellent customer service at retail counters and to route customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling mail and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient mail flow
- Perform route planning and navigation for delivery operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
