Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along established routes.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of delivery vehicles and facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all postal service safety regulations, traffic laws, and operational protocols.
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for each delivery route.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly over various terrains.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy for accessing delivery tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
