Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages according to USPS standards
- Operate mail handling equipment (scanners, sorting machines) efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at postal facilities
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members during peak delivery seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
- Basic computer proficiency for tracking systems
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous logistics experience preferred
