Responsibilities
- Process, sort, and distribute mail/packages efficiently using automated and manual systems
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and via phone inquiries
- Operate mail processing equipment including scanners and sorters
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and USPS operational standards
- Assist with inventory management of postal supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for tracking systems
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
