Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail according to established routes and schedules with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate mail processing equipment including scanners and automated sorters
- Load/unload mail containers safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and resolve inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report operational issues promptly
- Adhere to all USPS regulations, security protocols, and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
