Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements and resource allocation
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to implement security initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and track performance metrics against KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management or analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal grant management systems
