Responsibilities
- Analyze Program Performance: Monitor and evaluate program metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Policy Development: Draft and review policy documents and procedural guidelines to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between federal agencies, local municipalities, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level briefing materials, progress reports, and presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and government procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related government role.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal government operations, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FAR, OMB Circulars).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background security clearance.
