Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to optimize border security programs and resource allocation
- Develop comprehensive project plans and performance metrics for federal initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across DHS agencies to align strategic objectives
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and DHS policies
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for security programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11 level or equivalent federal service experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal budget processes and acquisition regulations
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Active Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
