Responsibilities

- Manage grant allocation processes and fiscal year budgets
- Conduct stakeholder briefings on policy implementation progress
- Lead program evaluation studies using quantitative analysis tools
- Prepare congressional correspondence and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP or CPM) preferred
