Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal policies aligned with Detroit's strategic initiatives
- Analyze community data to inform evidence-based decision-making

- Manage stakeholder communications with residents and community leaders
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare detailed reports for city council and executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in municipal government or public sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with grant writing and budget management preferred
