- Analyze community feedback and sentiment to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on crisis communication protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or public sector communications
- Expertise in social media management and digital content creation
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio samples
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and community engagement
- Knowledge of North Carolina public sector regulations and protocols
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
- Ability to obtain a North Carolina government security clearance
