Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public sector communications
- Expertise in crisis management and media relations
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and analytics
- Indiana residency required within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
