Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of progressive public health experience
- Valid Illinois Public Health Administrator certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven expertise in grant writing and federal program compliance
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
