Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Manage $5M+ annual budgets with meticulous fiscal oversight and grant compliance
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations and strategic planning
- Supervise cross-functional teams of health specialists and outreach coordinators
- Represent the county at state health board meetings and legislative hearings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Healthcare Executive (CHE) credentials
- Expertise in grant writing and federal/state compliance (HRSA, CDC)
- Advanced proficiency in health data analytics tools (Tableau, SAS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to travel county-wide
