Responsibilities
- Oversee public health programs and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Manage grant applications and fiscal reporting for health initiatives
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and community outreach
- Analyze health data to inform policy recommendations
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on health equity initiatives
- Supervise staff and evaluate program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of public administration experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, Tableau)
- Experience with grant management and budget oversight
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CDC guidelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
