Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive public health strategies aligned with CDC and state guidelines
- Oversee departmental budgets exceeding $2M and manage grant-funded programs
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to address health disparities
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Supervise cross-functional teams of health professionals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and local health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public health experience
- Valid Tennessee Health Administrator license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Tableau)
- Proven experience with grant writing and federal program compliance
- Strong knowledge of Healthy People 2030 objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
