Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs for underserved communities
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state funding ($2M+ portfolio)
- Lead crisis response teams during public health emergencies
- Train frontline staff on regulatory compliance and best practices
- Present findings to City Council and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of government/public health program management experience
- PHRP certification or equivalent epidemiology credentials
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with CDC grant management protocols
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Clear federal background check
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
