Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for health outcomes and trends
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and non-profits
- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives on health awareness and prevention

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program management
- Valid Indiana Public Health Administrator certification
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CDC guidelines
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and stakeholders
- Valid Indiana driver's license
