Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of public health or government administration experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential

- Experience with FEMA/EMAC protocols and grant management
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and CDC guidelines
